He was an honest gentleman and let me know that there’s nothing fatal to the roof for now and is totally optional if I needed some touchup on the rafters. I was so pleased to hire LG Roofing to reroof my house. Gary was very professional and courteous. He gave me a quote that included supplies, permits and inspections and at the end of the job it was the same as quoted.

Gary and Miguel were fantastic. I noticed missing tile on my roof a couple of weeks prior to the rain coming. I called many places and the prices were outrageous. Most told me they did not have the same tile, they were booked too far out, and on and on. I couldn’t get anyone to come out and just take a look. They wanted me to send them photos. I finally found LG Roofing on yelp. I reached out on a weekend after I heard about the coming rain. Gary called me and said they were able to come out to take a look on Monday at 10am. They drove just to look at the roof. Miguel promptly climbed the roof and took photos for me, and showed me I had more than one missing tile. On top of it, they had the tile I needed and the price not only for that but for a tune up was way lower than what the others were quoting me knowing I was desperate. Long story short, I got really lucky their customer canceled and they were able to come back the same afternoon. Not only did they replace the missing tile, they replaced other broken ones and sealed around the piping and matched the color to the tile. Miguel took before and after photos giving me peace of mind. I was able to sleep Tuesday night without worry or looking for leaks. Finally they made recommendations for what to do in the next year or so. I will definitely be reaching out to them for another quote!
